• Returns accepted on selected products within 7 days from the delivery date. All returns must be in their original Kauilla Lily packaging, unused, unworn, & damage free. 
• NO REFUNDS. Once your return has been accepted and approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card via e-mail. You will have 12 months or 1 year from the date issued to redeem your store credit. You can easily redeem your gift card (store credit) at checkout on your next order.  
• The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs.

Gold Plated Jewelry: Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, cleaning chemicals, sweat as this can tarnish gold plated jewelry. Gold plated jewelry can last up to 2 years if the correct care is used 

Gold filled Jewelry: Can be worn in water for short periods of time, however we recommend not to. Avoid contact with salt water, perfumes, lotions, cleaning chemicals as this can tarnish gold filled jewelry. Gold filled jewelry can last much longer than gold plated jewelry if the correct care is used. 

Storing Jewelry: Hang or use Jewelry box to avoid tangles, scratches, and any other damage. 

Cleaning Jewelry: Use jewelry cleaning cloth to remove oils and dirt. 

Crochet items: Do NOT wash in washing machine. Do NOT dry in dryer machine. Gently handwash to remove any stains or dirt. 

Glass Cups: Do NOT ingest any broken glass. Do NOT ingest any fallen rhinestones from the lid. Do NOT use it if it arrives broken. Do NOT use glass straw if chipped, cracked or broken. IMMEDIATELY dispose of all broken glass using safety guidelines to avoid cuts and scratches.  

Glass Cup cleaning: Do NOT put in dishwasher as this can cause vinyl to peel and the rhinestones to fall. Gently handwash around vinyl and rhinestones. 

Cancellations: All cancelations must be done within 24 hours of making a purchase. After 24 hours the customer can no longer cancel an order. If the customer wishes to cancel an order after 24 hours, the customer can start “Make a Return” process after they have received their product. The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs. 

Shipping charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on your country and added at checkout. Shipping cost is separate from all coupons, discounts, promotions, & sales. Depending on your area code and/or state additional fees may apply. 

US & Puerto Rico shipping: We use USPS first-class mail to ship our products. First-class mail typically takes 1-5 business days to deliver, however delays may occur, and we have no control over delays. We typically ship products within 1-5 business days excluding holidays.
